This Edition XII Handbook is prepared in accordance with the development of regulations related to the implementation of research in Indonesia. The external based accountability described in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Number 106 / PMK.02 / 2016 (Standard Output Cost of Fiscal Year 2017) is expected to increase the achievement of the established outcome targets. At present, the external-based liability mechanism is in the finalization stage. Hopefully in the not too long time can be applied. When juxtaposed with the XI Edition Handbook then this Edition XII Handbook does not substantially change the substance. The changes accommodated in Book XI are, among others, on the grouping of research schemes; and design arrangements for additional output. activities. Guidelines for Research Grants and PKM 12 Funds of research and community service are derived from the Operational Costs of Higher Education
Affairs (BOPTN) mandated by Law No. 12 of 2012 on Higher Education managed by Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM), Directorate General of Research and Development Reinforcement.
